Each morning I have a set routine that takes between two and two and a half hours to complete which includes everything from showering, stretching, meditating, reading, praying, and a short calisthenics workout, writing, drawing, and a couple of other little things to get the day rolling.
Days, when this routine is interrupted, make the day feel very destabilized.
To re-infuse the stability and foundation I must drop the dead weight and not fall into the sunk cost fallacy. What’s done is done and the day that I wanted to begin at 9 am, maybe now must start at noon.
I can spend all day complaining or I can get to work ASAP.
