Next time you think you’ll need $30,000 put away for a rainy day, add 50% and put away $45,000.
Next time you think it will take an hour to get to your networking event, leave 90 minutes before it begins.
When making business/life plans, plan for the most difficult scenario and then expect it to be 50% more difficult.
Preparing your mindset, timing, and the funds you may need don’t take away the rainy day, but they sure make it easier to work through when it arrives.
